I have researched the family of Thomas & Mary (Kemp) Collier as I was hoping that Charles Collier, Silk Weaver was related.
The first set of details was provided by Leigh Collier in 1983 and the potential additional children were identified in 2006.

2. Mary Kemp’s parents were John Kemp & Ann Gaucheron (of Huguenot descent)
Her brother William married an Ann Collier on 19.2.1797 at Christ Church, Spitalfields.
3. Jane Collier of 4 Shacklewell Street, Bethnal Green was married on 28.11.1841 at St John's, Bethnal Green when John Daniel Collier was a witness.
4. I have some doubts that some of these children were Thomas & Mary's as there was a second marriage of a Thomas Collier at Christ Church, Spitalfields, i.e. to Mary Wright in 27.5.1800
5. William Collier's son's birth certificate appears to confirm that Thomas Collier of Shacklewell Street, Bethnal Green, was his father:
